1. How do I register?
Go to the boot camp page or other programs page and follow the payment instructions for the class you would like to attend.
2. What does a typical Boot Camp class entail?
Lynnfield women’s only boot camp is a great way to get in shape while having fun. Our fourweek fitness program offers a safe, effective total body workout. One day we might be doing a cardiovascular workout and strength training, the next day we might be doing partner exercises, athletic drills and body weight exercises. By varying your workout, you will see results faster and you'll never be bored. Classes are lead by an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer/ SCW Outdoor Fitness Boot Camp Instructor and group trainers.
3. Can I bring a friend who's not registered?
Absolutely! If your friend is interested in trying out the class prior to that day, they can email me to discuss the various programs that are offered.
4. What should I bring to class?
A water bottle, a set of dumbbells: beginners 3 to 5 lbs, intermediate 7 to 10 lbs, advanced 12 to 15 lbs,
and a Yoga mat or towel.
5. What results can I expect from participation in boot camp?
Although results vary, most participants experience increased energy, decreased body fat, decreased stress levels, increased strength, and motivation and support from a women’s only environment.
6. Are all boot camps held outdoors or indoors?
Both. We try to keep Lynnfield Women’s Boot Camps outdoors as long as possible. Once the weather turns colder we do move indoors.
Below we have listed all of our Indoor and Outdoor Boot Camp Locations and Times:
Boot Camps are held on Wednesdays & Fridays from 5:30-6:30 am
Specialty classes are held on Saturdays from 7:00-7:45 am
Indoor classes at Vibe 383 Lowell St., Wakefield, MA
Outdoor classes are held at various locations, contact us for current location
7. Lynnfield Women’s Boot Camp sounds great, but I am still nervous!
You can be sure most new boot campers like you are anxious during the first day of class but trust us, Lynnfield Women’s Boot Camp is designed for all fitness levels. We will encourage you to work at your own pace and rest when needed. Our goal is to provide you with a safe, effective workout.
8. Is there a refund policy?
For all services including personal training, boot camp, nutrition and all other programs there are no refunds. All programs and services are non-transferable. If in the event you need to put your program on hold for a medical reason, you may do so and complete your remaining sessions at a later time provided your program is complete within six month of the date of purchase. This does not apply to special offers.
